Once again I am having a hand launch contest (F3K) in my backyard.   
The date is June 19-20 and it will be a qualifying event for the  
upcoming USA team selections for the world championships in 2011 held  
in Sweden.  Since registration opened I have been impressed with the  
talent that is coming.  We already have 4 guys form the UK, 3 from  
Canada and a handful form California signed up.  The Kiwis and the  
Swedes are sorting out their flights now.

I invite all of you to come out to watch and learn or enter in the
