Just wanted to update everyone about my contest. ?Things are really shaping up and the entries are coming in. ?Most of the top handlaunch talent in the USA has already signed up. ?Contest dates are August 29 and 30 and it will be held in my back yard. ?If anyone is interested in helping run a few things I could use it. ?I will provide food and drinks both days. ?Hand launch contests are pretty simple and require minimum manpower to run. ?All of the timing files are on an IPod connected to the "wall of sound". ?Ideally we will just hit start in the morning and turn the thing off when we are done. ?There are instances where things may stop for a quick repair before a round or something so someone needs to monitor that. ?Scoring will come in after each round and need top be put into an excel scoring program and sent to the printer. ?Could be a one man job but 2 heads are better than one:-)

Anyway I hope that everyone will have the chance to come out and enjoy the thermal farm with us. ?If anyone is interested in helping please let me know.
